The (Hopefully Temporary) Bad News

Been struggling with this one for a while. Depression has reared it's ugly head. I thought it was just a temporary thing for a day or two, but it's been almost a week now.

I'm working through it as best I can, and I'm hoping that by naming it I can tell it to fuck right off, but it's difficult.

I might stream today, might not. I will announce if I do.

Really, really sorry.

  1. I know well what depression is like. It's a hard road. Taking care of yourself is an important part of life, no one should begrudge you taking the time needed to return to feeling better.

    Take care.

  7. I'm bipolar and have had more than a few bouts of depression over the years. Try and keep busy, anything to stay out of your head because it's probably not a very fun place right now. If it gets unmanageable don't be afraid to get help. Eventually it will pass, it always does.

    1. Most importantly take care of yourself depression no matter how "mild" it may be is not something to take likely if it persists please seek help and take all the time you need to recover. I would rather you never work on this game again, if that is what it takes for your recovery.

  10. As someone who has personally wrestled with the black dog(and has the scars to prove it)I hope you wont mind a bit on unsolicited advice. Depression is a serious illness, don't let anyone (especially yourself)suggest that it's shameful to need help. If you need help please seek it out.
